cv111 reserves the right to perform identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal and periodically during account activity. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is concluded.

Each User may register only one Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein. cv111 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). cv111 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must notify cv111 immediately via live chat or email if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. cv111 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending a security investigation.
- cv111 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
- You may close your Account at any time by contacting cv111 support. Any Real Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
For the security of your Account we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Use of 2FA does not transfer cv111's liability for unauthorised access but provides an additional layer of protection for your Account.
5.Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the cv111 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard where available. The list of available payment methods may change from time to time at cv111's discretion.
The minimum deposit is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. cv111 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which cv111 accepts no responsibility.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. cv111 will not process deposits from third-party payment sources.
- Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Withdrawal requests received during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours for mobile wallet methods and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.
- cv111 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds found to be proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
- Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit where practically possible, as part of cv111's anti-money-laundering (AML) controls.
- cv111 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited on the Platform. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by cv111 may result in temporary account restriction.
All Accounts must maintain a non-negative Balance at all times. cv111 does not extend credit to Users. Any negative Balance resulting from a chargeback, reversal or payment dispute may be recovered from future deposits or via legal means.
6.Bonuses and Promotions
cv111 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict arises between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
- Bonus Funds are awarded to a User's Account as non-withdrawable promotional credit until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The standard wagering requirement applicable to welcome bonuses is stated on the relevant promotion page.
- cv111 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a User claiming it. Once a bonus has been credited to a User's Account, it remains subject to the wagering requirements set out at the time of its award.
- Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per User, per household, per device and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of free spins, or using technical means to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account closure.
- cv111 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus programme at any time. Any earned Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at the time of termination of a promotion will be removed from the User's Account without compensation.
Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts, sold, gifted or exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Bonus Funds have no monetary value outside the Platform and exist solely as a promotional credit within the cv111 gaming environment.
7.Responsible Gaming

8.Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv111 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

- Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification or withdrawal processing.
cv111 reserves the right to void any bets, forfeit any funds and permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, without prior notice and without liability to the User concerned.
9.Intellectual Property
All content on the cv111 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of cv111 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of cv111.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of cv111.
10.Limitation of Liability
